Toshi, we're going... out... tomorrow. There's gotta be something still worth doing around here besides working and hunting, and we're gonna find it.

Think things might actually settle down for a week... or a few days, at least now?  I've been meaning to get down to the shop owned by Rikku or whatever her name was, down by the junkyard, and see what I can do about getting it running again.  Don't suppose anyone would have the time to help me out?  I might need a strong set of hands to get a proper inventory of things there.

...I've always loved the rain.  Never could explain why though.  Even a downpour like this... After the fire especially, it's relaxing.

And Giadramon's doing much better now- Tobias, right?  Thanks for helping me with her.

Oh, one last note- boss, you got any schematics for that thing laying around?  Since I kinda doubt you'd be able to let me sit down and tinker with it for a week until I've figured out how to keep it running for you.

Ugh... Here I was starting to tell myself "I'm a NYC girl, I'm tough, I can handle whatever this city can throw at me".  Then it hits me with the one thing I can never deal with- heat.

Also... is there a vet or something around here?  Giadramon is starting to get really lethargic, and I'm worried.  She may be scaly, but she's very much adapted for cold climates, not warm ones.

Holy hell, what's with all the new arrivals?  Is this prime time for tourists wanting to visit limbo or something?

[A heavy sigh, accompanied by the sound of fingers tapping idly on the side of the terminal]

Well... I found my digivice this morning... but still no sign of Giadramon

[She pauses, her worries apparent in the silence]

She doesn't deserve this place... But I still worry about her... and worry what I'll do without her.

[A faint clicking of claws against the floor grows as something approaches the terminal- eventually speaking up in a bright, pleasant tone.]

Heya Ren- missed me, did you?

[A thump as Renna falls against the terminal, startled by the voice.]

Oh for... Gia, you scared the hell out of me!

Goddamnit I hate this.  I have no idea where Gavin is and this place seems completely cut off from my world and the digital world, so I can't even find out if he and the others are alright.

So... are people really serious about there being something with a "pyramid shaped head" walking around?  ...I just bet it's carrying a giant, rusty blade too, isn't it?

Since when the hell is the 4th of July celebrated by sicking Silent Hill monsters on people?

Right then... so I apparently need a job here?  I'm decent with computers, and one hell of a mechanic... though I get the feeling neither skill is in high demand here.
